Shipping party at Bicycle Works.
For those of you unfamiliar with the shipping parties.
Each year we collect hundreds of bicycles from various locations around st. louis for various programs. Many of the bikes donated to us are mountain bikes that are not very suitable to ridding on pavement, they tend to be heavy and slow. These bikes are separated out and collected for our partner organizations who pack them into shipping containers and then send them to various countries where a bike can meen so many things.
