Signature Retail Services is currently looking for full-time Dedicated
Sales & Service Representative. In this position, the candidate will
participate in regularly scheduled events, demos and promotions. The key
to success lies in driving the “Top of Mind Brand Awareness” for the
product, and providing a dedicated focus toward program growth. The
candidate will be responsible for managing all activities in the
assigned market, and report weekly to management on the progress in the
territory. Big Box retail experience is strongly preferred. Successful
candidate will be a motivated self-starter, sales-driven, and
goal-oriented. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneur to create
the benchmark for national expansion.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred but not
required
Work Experience /Requirements:
• 2-3 years sales experience
• Big box and/or home improvement retail experience a plus but not
required
• Must have flexible schedule and travel within the assigned territory
• reliable transportation
• internet access
• smart” phone or camera phone
Skills and Competencies:
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals and overcome obstacles
• excellent customer relationship skills
• must be highly organized
• good presentation skills – comfortable speaking with employees and
managers at all levels
• intermediate computer skills
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
