Hellyer Velodrome
Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Advanced Training: 1.Open to Cat 3 riders and above, or the approval
of the supervisor 2.No rental bikes available (some exceptions apply
ie. experienced, out of town rider) 3.Motor pacing per the current
motor pacing rules and approval of the supervisor.

BEGINNER CLASS

Develop the skills to ride safely on the Encino Velodrome.
Learn track safety, track etiquette and technical skills.
Cost: $40
Bring water , your own shoes and pedals if you like and be ready to ride.

This racing at the last night of the year typically ends early, followed by fun bicycle-related events, and culminating in everyone (bike and helmet required) merely riding-around-the-velodrome as the band plays on.

The next 6 month volunteer status @LAEventCenter hinges upon volunteering for at least one session or having someone volunteer for you.
All sessions begin at 4:00 with check in by 3:30 except Sunday's session starts at 10:00 am w/ check in at 9:30.
Volunteer dress khakis and white shirt.
