Opportunities 2010

Hello athletes and coaches,
I am writing to you because I will be putting together some racing
opportunities in 2010 for juniors (racing age 17-18 year olds).
Additionally, I am planning 2-3 Madison training camps with locations and dates
TBD for riders 14-18. These opportunities are by invitation only, but my
goal is to be sure everyone knows these opportunities are coming so that I can
field questions, interest to attend, and in general have this information out
in the athlete and coaching communities. Please feel free to circulate
this to other riders and coaches you know as I doubt this is a comprehensive
list of either coaches or athletes.
Please don’t confuse this as a guarantee of inclusion for
anyone or any opportunity at this time, but these opportunities are important
for the development of American track cyclists.
I already have some information on races in Europe in
January and February and am considering teams. If you are interested in
information on these races or consideration for inclusion please email me and I
will provide it you information and dates by which I will choose the
teams. Typically the race organizers limit USA inclusion so I will enter
teams.
For all racing opportunities that I secure I expect that
will be no monetary help for airfare, food, housing, etc; but I or another
coach will plan to be available for airport pickups, coaching, etc.</o:p>
