Stone county is in southern Mississippi. All the ones we have record were
from Mississippi. But Hezekiah "Ki" Miles born 1809 is as far back as we
have been able to go. At that time this area belonged to Spanish
territory. Once when my father was very old he said that Ki came from
Ireland. Then there is a letter from a friend of my father to my father
stating that Hezekiah was born in Mississippi. However Mississippi
territory was a huge area at that time so it is hard to tell where he might
have been born.

CO., NY in the early 1900's.
My 3rd great grandparents were JOSEPH b. 1830 d. 1901 & RUSH MILES b. 1832
