Sorry this is a couple months old, but I waited for the recent edition
of Asia-Pacific Harriers to publish. You may have seen it in there as
well.
All Japan Nash Hash 2004
By Hazukashii
Looking forward to grand hashing weekend at the foot of beautiful Mt.
Fuji, along the banks of Lake Yamanaka, the whole event (21-23 May) was
in question just 3 days before it was to begin. A typhoon was headed
our way and it looked like rain and wind was going to be ever present.
But just as if "G" himself smiled down upon us, the skies opened, the
sun came out, and we enjoyed a pleasant weekend. We had quite an
international crowd, not only were almost all of the Japan hashes
represented (Kinki Fully Mooned H3, Kobe H3, Kobe Ladies H3, Nagoya H3,
Okinawa H3, Osaka H3, Rising Moon H3, Samurai H3, Sumo H3, Tokyo H3,
Tokyo Ladies H3), but we also had visitors from (London, England -
Canberra, Australia - Bangkok, Thailand - Pattaya, Thailand - Seoul,
Korea - California, Hawaii, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, DC, USA.)
The weekend featured trails each day, with lots of camaraderie, singing,
dancing, and good hash fun. The Sumo H3 hosted the event and is the
newest hash in Japan founded on 6 January 2002. And just as if it was
nice only for us, the rain clouds moved in as we finished the Sunday
hangover trail, so we moved inside and closed out the event with a final
circle, and announced that the Tokyo, Tokyo Ladies, and Rising Moon H3s
would be hosting the Japan Nash Hash next year. Looking forward to
another great time. See the pictures on the homepage at
