Topica lists

Just to remind you that there are back-up mailing lists for Indent
TW_Users and Vertalers on the Topica server. Topica was going to
delete these lists due to inactivity, so this message serves a dual
purpose of stopping this happening by creating - albeit minimal -
activity.
The lists are intended to serve as back-up if the main list is down,
or for chatty or off-topic subjects that are frowned upon on the main
list, for example.
