It's because folks like me ever unsubscribed, but no longer use this list.
Text-based lists that don't allow attachments are a quaint '90s relic.
It's just like SHO Forum and TCCA claiming they have billions and billions of
members, but if you automatically removed folks who don't read or post over a
period of time, the #s would drop dramatically.
