The UVCN (Upper Valley Conservation Network) is meeting in Thetford at the Thetford Center Community Ctr. Bldg from 7-9 on Thursday, March 4 to discuss "tracking" projects. The UVCN is newly formed and we're moving the meetings from town to town in order to learn more about what is happening with conservation issues in the Upper Valley. We'll be looking at a biodiversity mapping project done by a joint effort of the Thetford Conservation Commission, local trackers and Elizabeth Thompson (ecologist from UVM) . These meetings are informal and the purpose is to discuss issues and learn from one another.
