URGE RELEASE OF CENSORED CHAPTER THAT
REPORTEDLY DETAILS TERRORIST TIES TO SAUDIS
[From ActForChange <http://www.workingforchange.com/activism/>]
The Bush Administration has so far managed to suppress a key section of
the recent Congressional report on the terrorist attacks of 11 Sept.
2003, but there's mounting pressure on the government to declassify the
censored pages.
After more than six months of stalling, most of the long-awaited "Report
of the Joint Congressional Inquiry Into the Terrorist Attacks of
September 11" was finally published on 24 July 2003. But a 28-page
chapter on support for the terrorists by foreign governments is
dominated by blank lines, the original contents of which were deleted at
White House insistence. According to press reports, the censored pages
suggest that some of the terrorists received direct financial support
from officials and prominent citizens of Saudi Arabia.
Don't let Bush hide the truth to protect his Saudi friends.
