I sent a message for help a few hours ago because I had deleted all the tools from my toolbox.  I don't know how I did it, but with Rod's help I got it fixed.

Just in case you have the same problem, here is how I did it.

1.  Got to Tools>>>choose ToolBox Items.  You will get a dialog box with tabs for >NET Framework, COM, and WPF.
2.  Choose the tab you want.  .NET for using windows forms.
3.  Click on namespace to sort the tools by namespace.
4.  Scroll down until you come to the namespace Windows,Forms
5.  Tick the tools you want to add and then click OK.
6.  When I did this they still didn't appear in my toolbox but then I right clicked in the toolbox and they all appeared.  Magic.
