Requesting Comments on Oracle portal

I am trying to get a feel for people's feelings who have used Oracle
Portal because I have a client that is debating whether to have us use
this product for a project of theirs. If you wouldn't mind could you
comment on things such as:
-ease of use
-if it is better than other products out there
-efficiency
-speed
