Hi Val,

Sorry, I haven't been checking my own list too often lately. I see
you've written several posts here that have gone unanswered.

That's okay, since it is possible that I write solely for my own
amusement anyway.

I am at a complete loss as to why Dottie continues to bring up your
marital status, especially on the critics list of all places, unless she

totally has the hots for you.

We've actually met. I'd have to say - there's not much chance of that.

You say that like since she met you there's no chance she could be
attracted to you. Are you really funny looking or what?

I suspect, however, that this is her way of justifying why an otherwise
decent person would have critical things to say about Waldorf. I
suspect she doesn't get what the kind of dishonesty I encountered there
and the threats against me and my kids does to people. No, it must be
residue from my divorce. Couldn't be Waldorf's fault.

Yeah, I get that. I just don't get the out of the blue repetition. Seems
to me like she's looking for a reaction or attention. This latest
mention, in fact, is in a post where she's talking about people not
being tied to their reactions. Maybe it's some kind of top secret anthro
test that nobody's told me about.

This is like the only thing that I can
figure. So what about it-you're single-she's single-you both live in
California-couldn't you go out for a cup of coffee or something?

You're right - she's just the way I like my coffee... cold and bitter.

Really? She doesn't strike me that way but then I don't even drink
coffee.

 Then
baandge couldn't say the critics list was not a happening place-it'd be
like killing two birds with one stone.

Just wondering if you could extend yourself a little here, big guy,

Take one for the team? Well, if she didn't throw herself at me when she

found out I was the reincarnation of Steiner, I don't think she ever
will...

See, I'm feeling somewhat responsible for her lack of initiative there
because let's face it-I threw myself at you. Because I know a good thing
when I see one.

But thanks for the idea. If I'm every that desperate, I'll
 give it some more thought.

Well, maybe your paths will cross and you can be, what I'm sure is, your
charming self. Meanwhile, if she brings it up again I'll have to take
matters into my own hands, I guess.-Val
