Wow things have been happening. 37 days till the party. Hope you've pretty
well nailed down what you're doing by now.

Here's where we are:

I'm applying for the liquor license later today.

Cody has given us many cool iterations of the party poster, and Tawney and
crew have been dutifully hanging them up around town.

We've been getting submissions for projects from folks we don't know, which
is EXACTLY why SOAP likes to throw parties like this; we like to bring folks
out of the wood work, and make connections we would not have other wise. So
we're meeting our goal and I'm very excited about that.

Eric will be figuring out when our Press Releases need to be finished to
make it into the local paper's calendars, and hopefully meeting those
deadlines.

Tawny has a lead on discounted beer.

Ian and Ariel have a "bar" for us with a science theme.

Projects

These are the projects that I have on my little spread sheet. If you have
volunteered to do a project and you're NOT listed. Please accept my
apologies and, send me your information ASAP. The more projects the
merrier. If you haven't come up with a project yet, because you were
worried that you wouldn't fit in, the breadth of topics covered below should
alleviate your fears.

Also, if you know anyone who wanted to do something and they are not on this
list PLEASE have them contact me ASAP.
