Purpose of This Update Section

This update section is a place to find action alerts and updates
regarding efforts to promote progressive reform of the U.S. welfare
system.
This list is "moderated," meaning that posts to the list require
approval from Progressive Portal. It will be limited to key update
information and action alerts. Traffic (number of emails) will be kept
limited.
Anyone may change her/his subscription to "digest," meaning you
will get all of a day's emails in one combined message, or to "Web
only," meaning you will not receive the postings by mail but can read
them on the Web. Messages may be read online at:

To change your subscription, log in at: http://www.topica.com/my/
After you Log In (click "login" near the top right corner of the
page), you will see your lists. To the right of WelfareUpdatesPP, select
"Digests" or "Web Only - No Email" from the pop-up menu.
