Am I correct?
Some one could get a copy of the latest release (what version is that?) and add a limited series of patches on top of it and come up with a new version. (What version will that be?) (Why is it not released as a version?)
Next he could down load some experimental mods and do an admod and come up with a later version that is not a release since it is still experimental.
Am I correct in my thinking?
