| Purpose: | In June of 2000, we changed the name of our newsletter from "The F5 Computing and Technical Support Newsletter" to its current name, "The Windstorm Computing and Technical Support Newsletter". This newsletter is a monthly ezine designed to bring people closer to those much needed computer technical support solutions. Issues are due out on the first Monday of every month. Subscribers to our newsletter are entitled to submit questions about their technical support & troubleshooting problems on ANY Microsoft platform. Regular features include: Win95/98 tips, Browser tips, Online Help Resources, and Readers Q&A. We answer questions on most PC issues. We also answer questions regarding DOS, Microsoft Windows 3.1x, Win 95/98 and NT, and most applications that can be run on these platforms. Sometimes, we can even answer your Linux and Unix questions. New and experienced users, as well as computer professionals find this newsletter useful and educational.
