You can view the Championship flyer on our website at www.wfu.edu/cycling.
We will be releasing a media guide in a day or two that will answer just
about any questions.
Please don't forget to reserve your hotel, $50/night with great amenities
including free wireless internet and continental breakfast. You are less
than 8 miles from both race sites. They release the rooms on 4/4/08.
We are having a banquet on Saturday evening, buffet style with a great menu
for only $7. Please reserve your seat on our website by clicking on the
championship page or on bikereg.com. All of those in attendance will
receive a free year end recap CD.
Don't forget, if you need an invoice in order to get a check from your
university, please email me and I will get an invoice to you within 24
hours. If a racer that you anticipated racing doesn't not race on race
day, we will refund you via check the week after the race. We will have
brief meeting on Friday night at the host hotel beginning at 7PM to help
alleviate race day confusion and stress. You can pay and clear up any
registration issues at that time as well.
We will be hosting public criterium on Sunday after the collegiate crit in
the AM. Over $1,000 prize purse with over $200 in primes. Top 3 will
receive a trophy. You can register online at Bikereg.com. There will be a
$5 fee tacked on for those that register on race day, so get signed up.
