Rider Numbers Verification

Ok, many of you may have noticed the long amount of time it took to get the
TT results this weekend. This was primarily caused because people are using
the wrong bib numbers. I've heard other reasons, but primarily its people
who "lost" their first, then got a new, and are again using their first.
I have updated my rider list as I found issues, but to keep from having this
chaos at every race for the rest of the season, could teams please make sure
your riders numbers are what I have listed in this file. Also in the future,
when checking in on the start lists, try to make sure you're using the same
number that's listed.
As well, if anyone's license number is missing (either a blank, -1 or 0)
then let me know.
