I like your idea, except that I would use different URLs for each
namespace:
http://purl.org/rss/2.1/metadata/
http://purl.org/rss/2.1/content/
The version should be 2.1, since there is already a 1.0 and 2.0
specification. Furthermore the version number should come first;
because, future specifications may change the meanings or types of RSS
modules. It is better to encapsulate both metadata and content modules
within the version (rather than vice-versa)
