I left Krakow, Poland flew to Stuttgart, Germany, had no place
to stay and way too expensive, so took a train to the country of
Liechtenstein, stayed in a Hostel, then took the train back to
Tuttlingen, Germany to see my friend Sabine I met in Ecuador
a few years ago. I now go to Frankfurt for the Wikipedia.org
convention and on the 8 of August fly to Israel.

Terrible Internet Access
I am laughing and enjoying life too much some days, there are
some real ironies in life. (The richest places have the worst traveler
internet.)
Here I am or was in Vaduz, Liechtenstein and staying in one of the
cleanest so-called Hostels and most expensive I have encountered
in 8 years of travel.
However the small country of Liechtenstein, about 30,000 people and
less than an hour to cross in a car, this place is where the richest of
the
rich come to visit and hide their money. Whether profession criminals,
mafia bosses, or just some corporate raider that juggled the numbers,
this is the place.
However the internet is the worst on the planet I know.
I was not able to send this from Liechtenstein because there was zero
way for me connect information in a reasonable way to the internet and
send this
letter, therefore I moved on down the road to Tuttlingen, Germany and
am sending.
There are two type of internet, the one in the home and that is
available to
the traveler.
Liechtenstein though is a great vacation from the Party Hostels of
Europe
and I lived in a Youth Hostel International that I am going to call a
“Vacation
Tour Group Hostel,” as opposed to the normal “Flop House Bar Hostels,”
of normal Europe. They all seem to not like me to really be at home,
therefore have a
problem with supplying kitchens.
Liechtenstein has this Prince, therefore called a Principality and have
this Castle up on the side of a mountain. Very wonderful and I am
starting
to get in touch with the fantasy of King, Queens, Princes and Princes,
Castles and Knights in Shining Armor. All them illusions that people
dream
about as children and as adults. I am difficult and when Princess Diana
died in the car wreck I was thinking it a little silly for people to
cry.
I was asking,
“Why does England have a Queen, or King, and what is Elton John?”
Ok, so I am not in Favor of Queens, however the Knight thing does sound
cool, I would like to go save a few damsels in distress, or maybe they
could
come and save me. Ok, I am getting the hang of Castles a little.

An online Encyclopedia and the future of information sources!
I am off on the fourth of August to see what the world of Encyclopedias
is doing and to see a couple too smart Harvard people, I hope.
This goes on for four days, then on the eighth I fly to ISRAEL! I like
Israel
girls and they are tough, I am starting to put Shakira on hold, she has
lost
me, I now think she is trying to sell the wrong things, I think she is
going
to have to beg to travel with me now, I have my standards.
Oh well, Israel will be great, I am committed, I paid for the plane
ticket.
I have been calculating and trying to see if I could fly to Niger and
inspect the
country, this famine seems to be a problem. History in real time is
worth the
effort to go see.

I think the Guardian Newspaper, I am thinking it is the big one, however
I
am not sure, however I need to thank them for putting me on their
“Blog Watch” page. Unfortunately the Guardian link will break if I put

It is difficult to understand, interesting to observe, and intriguing
how
many people travel the world to hide money... hehehe
There are many countries, enclave, protectorates and territories
that helps a person to have private banking.
Why does Hobo care about Offshore or Private Banking?
This is the nature of travel, the need to be interesting in unique world
we live in without being prejudicial of what you see or learn.
Everything needs to be of interest or curiosity
This is my list of questions as I was in Liechtenstein and sat
asking the man about his "Private Banking."
1. HOW DOES A PERSON MAKE A DEPOSIT IN LIECHTENSTEIN
A. Cash
B. Bank to Bank Transfer.
Carry the cash in or bank to bank transfer, I assume he means
I would wire from one bank to another bank in normal manners.
There is a problem here, and naturally it make me laugh, my guess
is 95 percent of the people entering these type of offshore countries
are
looking for a way to avoid paying taxes in their passport bearing
country.
Therefore they do not want a paper trail, electronic trail, or any way
for
their own country to discover they are hiding money.
To carry more than 10,000 U.S. Dollars into a country is a problem,
and normally they want you to report that you have this amount of
currency
in your possession. I do not know the solutions for these big money
hiding operations, however there must be a way to transfer money
without a trail.
2. INTERNET
The company has a web site however he was quick to say,
"We do not have online banking, because that creates a trail."
3. WHO DO I DEAL WITH?
The language barrier, him as a native German speaker caused
a problem here, I wanted to find if there would be one person assigned
to me, or would there be many I would talk with, my preference would
be that I have the same person to deal with all the time.
He said,
"You can talk to me, or anyone available."
However on further he seem to say I could deal with only him, it is
important
that there is no language confusion, and you do learn how to talk with
people in ways they understand, I would hate a miscommunication on this
big secret money hiding... hehehe
4. HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED TO START?
100,000 Swiss Francs or about 65,000 EUROS.
This is the minimum amount of money needed to deposit to
open an account, say a way of looking, more or less about
75,000 U.S. Dollars.
5. CAN YOU INCORPORATE A PERSON HERE?
There is this entity called an IBC or International Business
Corporation, so this is the type of legal Corporation to be
established. The man was interesting and said this could be
arranged, and they even could do this for an Island in the
Caribbean or wherever you wish.
6. WHAT CURRENCY IS THE ACCOUNT IN?
Any currency on the planet, more or less if you wish to have
a bank account in Euros, fine, or U.S. Dollars or the currency
of you choice. I commented that I would want it in Dollars,
Euros, and maybe Pounds, however for sure not Swiss Francs
because I expect the Franc to drop.
7. HOSTING
I wish to Host my site HoboTraveler.com in a country that does
not have personal taxes or paperwork. I really do not like paperwork.
They know nothing on this issue and recommended I talk to Jeeves Group
however I was loosing energy.
8. CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD
The do not seem to allow or want you here in this company to remove
your money ever, they want you to give them money for investment.
9. INFORMATION TO IRS OR TAX OF THE USA
They are making some huge loopholes here, they will not allow or do
not want you to wire the money to them, removing the paper trail.
Then the country as best I understand by law will not allow them to
tell who the account are in, this removes the way of the USA or any
country from knowing where the money came from. This is not a numbered
account, however there is no way to learn the name, although many
countries like Switzerland now give up names.
10. HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
I wanted him to say email, however I think his answer was telephone
and the do not seem to assign a person to the account.
These people are like revolving stock brokers.
11. HOW TO TRAVEL HERE TO TALK?
There is no way to fly to Vaduz, Liechtenstein, maybe by Helicopter.
However people seem to fly to Zurich and take the two hour train.
12. CAN USA PUT HOLD ON ACCOUNT?
They say there is no way the USA can attach or know about my accounts.
13. CAN LIECHTENSTEIN PUT HOLD ON ACCOUNT?
He said no, however this is a grey area, do I need to file tax papers
with
Liechtenstein and pay huge fees for this.
14. SOURCE OF FUNDS?
The want all persons to disclose the source of funds. They want a
minimun
of 60,000 Euros, but in reality they are looking I think for the half
million
mark and above. I tried to get clarification on how does a person prove
a half million dollars. This is not really possible, however I think all
you do
is fill out a piece of paper and sign, and they are happy. They do not
make
your prove.

I am not recommending these people, I am just enjoying the chase.
However for sure Andreas Wagner was a good guy. I do not know the
Jeeves group and did not talk with them, however Andreas recommended.
For those Mafia Bosses, Tax Evaders all the ways can find
reasons to go hide money from your country...
