Credit card payment in advance can be made by calling Gerry's office at
(732) 248-0036 from 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday. The office closes
at 4pm, Friday July 6, after which payment will have to be made at the
door in cash. *

till it's gone

The Danceathon is a not for profit and non-commercial party run for the
pleasure of Cajun and Zydeco dancers and people who enjoy the music.
Your donation for the bands includes: burgers (veggie available) and hot
dogs (kosher available) from the grill, potluck meal, snacks, soft
drinks and unlimited filtered water from the cooler. Beer and wine
included until it's gone. You bring: Yourself, your monetary donation,
some prepared food to feed about 5 to 6 people for the potluck meal (no
watermelons please), a chair and or blanket, and you are welcome to
bring a friend or two.
The Elks Picnic area has a stage for the band; a large outdoor tree
shaded dance area, tree covered picnic area with lots of picnic tables,
an indoor facility in case of rain, a pond to sit near and relax when
you're not dancing or eating. You may smoke in the parking area.
The Basking Ridge Courtyard by Marriott is the host hotel. Receive
special group rates: 1 King bed $79(booking code:DANDANA), 2 Queen beds
$89(booking code:DANDANB) are available by calling 1-800-321-2211 by
Friday, June 15, 2007, ask for the Dance-a-thon Group 2007 room rate and
provide a booking code. *There may be some advance purchase, no refund,
single king size bed rooms at $69 by calling the hotel at 908-542-0300.*
Room prices do not include taxes.
Camping: There are no facilities available in the local area.
Pets: Must be tethered or on a leash, and are not permitted on or near
the dance floor or food service area. Should your pet create a problem
you will be asked to remove it from the facility.
