Stress relief and Ayurveda

Stress is a complex concept that has both psychological and
physiological components. Though most forms of stress are psychological,
they trigger a variety of physiological changes. Stress-related cases
have grown phenomenally over the last couple of decades. Psychiatrists

Ayurvedic food festival
A three-week Ayurvedic food festival was organized by the Mela group, UK
at its three restaurants: Mela, Three Monkeys and Dilli. Through a
series of workshops led by Dr Partap Chauhan, a special Ayurvedic menu
was created for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mental stress, in
collaboration with chief chef Kuldeep Singh.
