Peel and crush garlic cloves into a paste, and take it after you get up
in the morning. You may use 2 to 3 garlic cloves daily. Garlic has
excellent benefits in hypertension. Being an
antioxidant, it helps lower blood pressure, clears fatty deposits in
blood vessels, and reduces cholesterol.
