Ok people. I'm a little pissed. After the last meeting where we had
Audio/Visual setup and operation problems I sent an e-mail notifing the
board that we obviously, had a presentation problem with not knowing how to
operate the CFI equipment and stage and we either needed to pay CFI to
operate the equipment or learn from CFI how to operate the equipment. Since
there has been no contact with CFI to learn how to operate the stage I'm
assuming we are willing to pay CFI to operate it for us. Who is our CFI
contact? We need to make immediate arrangements to pay CFI to operate the
stage for us this Sunday. There is no excuse for leaving a speaker hanging
and not knowing whether the presentation evnironment can be properly setup.
I cannot speak for Ingemar but, obviously I have not been trained on the
equipment so I most certainly cannot accept the responsibility.
Thanks,
Rodney Schaerer

As both of you probably know, I am scheduled to present a film at the AU
meeting on Sunday. I asked Bobbie several weeks ago about who knows how to
operate the DVD player at CFI, and she said that you two could do it. I
sent her an e-mail a couple of days ago, asking who was scheduled to be the
projectionist, but she hasn't yet responded. Will one of you be there to
operate it for me?
I have the DVD, but I have never taken a look at the setup at CFI. I
only know that the projector is mounted in the ceiling. But where is the
DVD player itself? Is it somewhere around the audio table? And how are the
sound and lights controlled?
I don't want to show up to a packed house on Sunday, only to find that
there is no projectionist. I'd like to hear from both of you about what the
situation is. You can contact me at miltont-@roadrunner.com or by
phone at 818-988-2479. Many thanks.
