If that means what I think it means, that's great news IMO.
Personally I think the toll and fare increases on the Bay Bridge and
BART are terrible when there is no bike/walk alternative. If there
were a bike/walk alternative, then go ahead and hike those fares all
they want. I'm happy to hear someone is thinking about trying to link
the two politically. I hope it has a prayer of any success to its
original intent.
