It was nice chatting with you just now. Here is the position we are trying to fill. Beyond the description, which as you know is typically just an overview/snapshot of what we want, the most important things for us are:

1. Ability to technically screen (drill down) our canddiates and weed out textbook and theory from actual hands on experince.

2. Ability to fill all existing reqs. and understand when it is time to scale the department to handle the growth. this means manage the process and department eventually.

3. Ability to work with sales and prioritze or switch gears as the market changes and the cleint needs change.

You will build relationships with candidate base with weekly lunches and meetings - using the opportunity to possibly open up new business leads for the sales team.


Qualifications :
    a.. 4-8 years industry experience
    b.. Experience developing recruiting resources and strategic planning
    c.. Previous management experience a plus
    d.. Dynamic, driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
    e.. Extensive on-line research background
    f.. Large network of technical contracts
    g.. Technical screening experience
    h.. College degree desirable
    i.. PC literate
    j.. Positive, energetic, up-beat attitude is absolutely required!
