No Paul, I am not a recruiter in SF. I am an author researching an
employment topic I thought your folks might find fascinating, so I
wanted to share www.CanYouGoBack.com with your group. Perhaps you can
help me with this? Here is an overview.
I have dreamed for a few years of writing, "Can You Go Back? [Employment
After Entrepreneurship]". Rather than waxing eloquent on my personal
job-after-closure experience alone, I've interviewed 25 people who have
either sold a company and stayed with it, or folded a company and taken
a job again. While the sea of books includes plenty on getting a job or
starting a company, nothing yet addresses this non-linear and
not-so-uncommon transition. I think there are millions of people out
there who struggle with this situation and who can benefit from hearing
others' dynamics, successes, and challenges. I'm now expanding my
information-gathering through an online survey at www.CanYouGoBack.com
and would appreciate anyone you can point to this site!

Hello,
I was notified that you requested entry to the SF Bay Area Recruiters
discussion group. In order to add you to the list it is required that
you be able to answer yes to the following questions. 1. Are you a
recruiter or other HR professional? 2. Are you practicing this
profession in the San Francisco Bay Area? Please let me know if this is
so for you and I will enroll you in the list. Thanks Paul Seaman Host SF
