Trianz has an immediate opening for a Senior Strategic Sourcer at our Santa
Clara, CA headquarters location. This role can be either contract or
permanent and there is an option to move into a recruiting & staffing
management role for the appropriate candidate.
* Source and recruit for technical and non-technical professionals in
Functional Consulting capacities that range within our solution offerings:
Operations Consulting, BPM and Business Systems/IT.
* Focus on sourcing passive candidates from entry to senior level
through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
* Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates
* Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create
innovative sourcing strategies
* Act as a search and industry expert, keeping abreast of the current
employment market
* Partner with Recruiters to strategize on sourcing best practices and
competitive intelligence
* Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans to attract and hire
high quality consultants from both active and passive sources
* Strong analytical skills
* Has confident but friendly phone and in-person manner that balances
Requirements
* Minimum 4-7 years recruiting/sourcing or research experience,
preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
* Must be self-managed, motivated and able to work on multiple
positions with a diverse hiring criteria.
* Demonstrated creative sourcing expertise (AIRS, Google search, cold
calling, etc)
* Ability to demonstrate a consultative approach to
sourcing/recruiting
* Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
* BA/BS and AIRS training/certification preferred
