Because of the events leading up to the sabotage of the 1996 ICEA
HABITAT II Exhibit at the Cleveland Public Library, ICEA Director David
Jakupca met with Ms Karen Grochau, Acting Director of the Arts
Management Program of the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations to
discuss what if anything can be done to stop the attacks designed to put
ICEA out of business.
