Maybe you had a Foster's too many down under? "Incorrect application"
by your definition would mean two things. 1. soldered properly, thermal
heat paste on bottom of board, and silicon rubber bonded on edges to heat
sink. 2. That I was there in Australia to pack collimators with 3/4 inch
long plastic legs unprotected against crushing, in a thinly padded paper
shipping envelope.
3. That I soldered the three LEDs on the circular board, one of which was
DOA but the other two were live.n
Still, I can see how a Foster too many could influence the mind to
believe that I used "incorrect application". I should note I have not had a
problem or failure with any LED or driver or collimator before or after my
order with you. All orders from other vendors are shipped in padded
cardboard boxes of at least the internal height of the tallest collimators.
LEDs in anti static bags within this box. Drivers with pins stuck in
antistatic foam, then inside a plastic bag, inside the box.
Your shipment was stuffed in the smallest thinly padded plastic bag
that could be used. Further it was marked "samples" on a customs
declaration in order to avoid paying proper taxes.

Nice to see you remain in good form, Stole is such a harsh word, I would
prefer creative acquisition however since neither is true I will leave the
inarticulate rhetoric to you. I reiterate, sending back warranty claims
after you destroyed the goods through incorrect application is rarely a
claim anyone will pay out on, however since you continue to believe you are
the one eyed king in a room full of blind men, by all means please continue

Cheers

As with all Cutter postings to this list, I advise neve to do business
with him if you are not in Australia. He stole $180. from me on an order of
bad and damaged in transit merchandise. He suckered me into returning the
items to him at my expense, with his promise to credit my card for shipping
costs.

He hides behind international boundaries.

He has posted intermittently to this list regarding my order, yet has still
failed to refund my money.

The same merchandise is available from other vendors in the US, all of
whom package securely and provide excellent customer service.

Take heed and never buy from Cutter.

Barry
