As with all Cutter postings to this list, I advise neve to do business
with him if you are not in Australia. He stole $180. from me on an order of
bad and damaged in transit merchandise. He suckered me into returning the
items to him at my expense, with his promise to credit my card for shipping
costs.
He hides behind international boundaries.
He has posted intermittently to this list regarding my order, yet has still
failed to refund my money.
The same merchandise is available from other vendors in the US, all of
whom package securely and provide excellent customer service.
Take heed and never buy from Cutter.
