Where are the replacement optics? Except for the 7 LED optic that was
useless unless a person makes there own custom board, a fact that you do not
mention in your website. Our correspondence and your website at the time
made the optic appear as if the dimensions were for seven standard dimension
stars arranged in a hexagonal circle. Where's the refund for that one?
You persist stating I damaged the LEDs. If so, then on the three LED in
series circular board, wy was one LED doa while the other two LEDs lit up
when touched on the external contact points rather than the the pads on the
board?
All Cutter's contrived excuses to blame the customer further serves to show
that buying from Cutter will not be a pleasant experience if there anything
irregular at all with the order where the customer would need a replacement
or refund. Given that I paid extra for insurance and Cutter even still
refuses to replace items they acknowledge were damaged in transit, shows how
unethical their customer service attitudes are.
This further emphasized my reccommendation that Cutter be avoided.

You selectively tell your story leaving out the various emails advising we
would have replaced the damaged optics but not the leds you damaged, the
story keeps getting shorter with more and more detail left out as if to
somehow emphasise your version of the truth or perhaps you fear the boredom
of your readers. You also continue with the rubbish about samples and
avoiding taxes, again as I have said before any issue with import taxes and
duties has nothing to do me, they are payable by you not me, the practice of
ticking mail boxes of small value as commercial samples is perfectly
legitimate and would benefit no one other than you, so please explain what I
am trying to avoid
Cheers

Still doesn't answer to my responses. Further, I paid for insurance on
shipping, and the collimators were clearly damaged in transit due to
insufficient packaging.
Will you answer that question Mr. Riley?
