A BRIEF AND VERY DESPERATE PLEA

The situation for purebred cats needing rescue has reached epidemic
proportions this last few weeks. We've had four major large scale
situations reported in just the last week, involving MANY breeds. Our
treasury is almost out of funds, and so I' sending out this plea to
help us help these cats and for us to help our affiliates to afford
to help with the problematic cases they are taking from these
situations (for instance 23 active cases of ringworm in Persian kittens).
Purebred Cat Breed Rescue has many people of diverse backgrounds
working together and deeply committed to help cats. Not one of these
people earns a salary for their hard work in this regard and all are
deeply committed, often putting in long hours. I know money is tight
for many people, but I also know most of you care very deeply about
cats. If you can even offer one dollar or even some loose change,
we'd be very grateful for your help. Pennies add up.
