Case Creator - A Video-based Case Creation Tool

The Case Creator allows you to import up to five videos and their
corresponding transcripts, synchronize the videos with the transcripts,
search the transcripts and cue the video to the desired search result.
You can add bookmarks and annotations to the videos and share them with
your students. You can create an interactive matrix of pedagogical
issues of particular importance to your students. Although designed for
teachers educators, it can be used by anyone. Product of a collaborative
development effort between San Diego State University's Center for
Research on Math and Science Education and the Syracuse University
School of Teacher Education.

Aimed at 8th graders, this project allows them to explore the
controversies surrounding global warming and climate change. It
specifically looks at the affects on our home country of Bangladesh.
This activity is eighth grade Integrated Science in Bangladesh but it
could be adapted to higher levels and other locations very easily.
Students should have previous knowledge of the water and carbon-oxygen
biogeochemical cycles, as well as local weather events, collecting data
on them, and basic understanding of the role of the ocean in regulating
regional climates.This webquest was put together by Jo DeVries.
