A WebQuest for 11th-12th grade (Language Arts/ Social Studies) designed
by Manny Rios. Many professional sports teams have Native American
mascots and names. The same is true with schools all across our country.
A national debate is raging over the appropriateness of these mascots.
In this WebQuest, you take on the role of presenting the issue to the
Board of Education. All necessary materials including evaluation rubric
are contained in this webquest.
