I want to keep this list to one message per week at most, but I'm
sorry that I omitted some important candidates in the County Council
list. Also I've received some new information about the Rural Tier
Initiative you might be interested in and I've included links for
more information. Also I made an announcement about a spiritual haven
in Brandywine that might interest some.

ANNOUNCEMENT #2
There's a plan for a Labyrinth in a private wooded area in downtown
Brandywine, which will be open for use by respectful community
members. Interested community members are invited to participate in
its design and creation. The purpose of the labyrinth would be to
serve as a refuge, a place to meditate and contemplate.
For those of you unfamiliar with labyrinths, check out this page for
more information <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labyrinth>.
This is not a project directly connected with any religion. Anyone
can connect with "spirituality". We need a relief from our stressful
daily lives. The initial plan is for a relatively maintenance free
(no plants preferred) design.
Anyone interested, please contact Joyce Dowling at jdow-@drix.net
or 301-782-9922. Feel free to pass this on to your friends and
neighbors within easy driving distance of Brandywine.
