So, if you have a route through a State Park that you would like preserved,
you might help save that access by acting to let those making choices about
cuts that continued access is important; State Park staff, local
transportation and/or elected officials, etc.

According to the LA Times (and others), under the budget deal, state
parks will suffer a 12% cut. This means that most facilities will
remain open. Obviously, there are no detailed plans yet on how to
absorb the cut.
