Hi Jim,

Do you have a question?

It would help if CABO and CBC would sign the resolution. The same goes
for any bike clubs, BACs, city councils, etc.

Subject: bikes onboard high-speed rail - requesting your help

Hello Jim and Don,

You've both been great supporters of bikes onboard Caltrain, so I'm
writing to ask for CABO support of bikes onboard high-speed rail.

The BIKES ONboard team has written a resolution for bikes onboard
high-speed rail, please see attached. Note that the terminology to
describe bikes as "unboxed, carry-on luggage" comes from the Capitol
Corridor web site.

I understand you are both involved with other bicycle advocacy groups as
well, so we'd also appreciate your help in sharing the resolution with
them to get their support.

The SFBC is collecting signed resolutions to deliver to the California
High-Speed Rail Authority, so please email scanned, signed resolutions to
bikeso-@sfbike.org.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks in advance for you
help!

With kind regards,
Shirley Johnson
