Contributing test case wizard?

Hello,
First, I apologize if I am about to ask some things which has been
answered somewhere else already or if this is not the most appropriate
place to start.
But I've been trying to tinker around and figure out how CFEclipse is
architected so that I can maybe try to contribute some. As a way to
get started I created a CFUnit test case wizard (rather basic at the
moment).
Like I said, this was basically just something I did just to get
started. But I believe this is a feature that has been requested
before (at least by me :o) ). Would this be something y'all would like
me to contribute? I already generated a CVS patch file for the change.
If it is, who should I send this too?
