The best place to look is in Eclipse itself:
Help -> Help Contents -> Platform Plug-in Developer Guide ->
Programmer's Guide -> User Assistance Support -> Welcome

Hmm . . . I'm using 3.2.1 and I'm having problems getting any of the
content from the Help section to load. Either it's a conflict with Saft
8.3.11, which added some code to prevent frame exploits using
about:blank, or it's a bug in Eclipse 3.2.1 and /or Safari. I see a
list of guides in the Contents column, but when I click on any of the
links, the right frame doesn't load, nor does the submenu pop open for
any of the main links.
It does work properly in FireFox. Can anyone using OS X confirm this?
