I work hard daily to be the cluetrain kinda marketing guy, but I have to
hide my head in shame when I see things like this;

They are trying to measure and control word of mouth. It's just
embarassing.

Although I admit it is difficult saying to my CEO that we should just
talk openly, make the best product we can and see what happens. But that
is the only way I'd want to win anyway.
