List Name cmt (cmt)
Purpose: The CMT Discussion List is a friendly, compassionate and informational forum
created for persons and their families and friends faced with the challenges
of Charcot-Marie-Tooth and related neuropathies. We also enjoy the presence
of researchers and various medical professionals who take a special interest in assisting us in our quest for a more balanced and abundant quality of life. If you value the company of extraordinary, funny and caring people, then this is the community for you. We exchange resources, personal experiences, and information. Sometimes we just want to ventilate. Our main goals are to provide for one another loving support and education. We like to laugh, too! Headers are used to indicate message content.

*Medical professionals or other individuals who contribute to our education and understanding of CMT are in NO way responsible for the choices we make, nor accountable for the outcome of any treatments we receive from our personal health care practitioners. Ultimately, such accountability can only be ours alone
as we look at all the options open to us and take action as we see fit.

There are only three rules: Do not abuse or verbally attack list members. To do so can result in your being banned from the list and a complaint sent to your ISP if necessary.

Use a header that will indicate the contents of your posts. Further information will be provided.
