Please spread the word about this exciting event hosted by the Jubilee Troupe<http://jubileetroupe.org/> January 7-9, 2005 in New Windsor, MD (outside Baltimore, MD). We are an Anabaptist-based performance group welcoming all people to be part of a weekend of spiritual energizing, community building and skill sharing around improvisational movement, Playback theater and Theater of the Oppressed games. The weekend will culminate in participant-led small group collaborative pieces to share in a devotional circle. Hope to see you there!
Jubilee Retreat Weekend

Explore spiritual enrichment, community renewal and peacemaking action through new forms of interactive drama, movement and other creative arts. Activities include:
a.. playing with basic movement exercises
b.. learning liberating theater games
c.. telling stories and reflecting them with improvisational drama
d.. re-experiencing other familiar art forms as community invigoration
e.. sharing meals and a supportive community time
What to expect and bring:
a.. A balance of playful activity, quieted reflection, intensive skill-building work and personal and group sharing time;
b.. Your own participation in activities, often active and body-full according to your own eagerness and ability;
c.. Your own creative work - be it movement, drama, poetry, music, sound effects or other lurking, eager-to-develop gifts;
