Still waiting for my bicycle from WebBicycle.com

Hello,
On Sat, 30 Apr 2005, I placed an order with WebBicycle.com for an
Incline Sport Comfort Cross 7 (mens/19"). They billed my credit card
for the $499 amount. I heard nothing until 13 May 2005, when I
received an e-mail from someone who gave his name as Ollie (no last
name) telling me that the model I ordered was out of stock. Several
rounds of e-mail ensued with Ollie discussing alternatives. We
settled on having Ollie ship me an 8-speed Switchback bicycle from
Dynamic for a small additional charge. The last message I received
from Ollie was on Thu, 26 May 2005, in which he wrote:

I received a note from Dynamic that the 8 speed Switchback is on
backorder but not for long. The hold up was the 8 speed rear hubs.
You'll be the first in the country to receive such a set-up so I
think it's worth waiting for. I'm getting one too so I can't wait. I
actually rode a demo model and you are going to love it. Anyway, they
told me that your bike will be shipping in the first or second week
of June, which is just two weeks away.

Now we are nearing the end of August and still no bike. I sent
Ollie several replies to his last e-mail message to me, and I have
called the contact number he gave me as well as the number on the
site:

Each time when I called, I got an answering machine, and I left a
message.
I understand WebBicycle.com is a small outfit charging low prices
so I don't expect outstanding service, but they've had my money
since early May and I still have no bicycle.
Have any other list subscribers had dealings with this company?
