Rice Sausage Casserole  Jed Wubben

1 lb. of sausage
1 whole green pepper
1 onion
1 stalk of celery
2 pkgs. Of Lipton noodle soup
4 1/2 cup of boiling water
1 cup of rice

Fry sausage until brown, put in bowl. Fry diced vegetables until soft
and brown. Add water, soup, rice and sausage; simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350F.
