Mushroom-meat loaf  Jed Wubben

1 pound of ground veal
1/2 pound of ground smoked ham
1/4 cup of tomato catsup
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup of cooked, chopped mushrooms
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 1/4 cups of unsalted cracker crumbs
Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly. Pack into greased 9x5-inch
loaf pan. Bake at 375f to one hour or until done.
