1 lb of Frankfurters
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 Tablespoon of margarine
1 1/2 cup of tomato juice
3/4 cup of water
1 Tablespoon of sugar
2 Tablespoon of flour
3 cup of cooked noodle

Cut frankfurter into 1-inch pieces. Saut’e franks, onion and green
pepper in margarine. Add tomato juice, water, flour and sugar. Stir
until thickened. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes; serve hot over noodles.
Serve with salad and rolls.
