Ham and Cauliflower Casserole  Jed Wubben

1 small cauliflower
1/4 cup of cornflake crumbs
1/4 lb. of cooked diced ham
3 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of paprika
Add cauliflower to water. Boil 15 minutes or until tender; mix with
crumbs. Add ham, green pepper and cheddar cheese. Place mixture in a
buttered casserole dish. Pour sour cream over top. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Bake a preheated 325 f oven for 20 minutes.
