Chill Cheese Souffle  Jed Wubben

1/4 lb. (1 cup) of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. Mild green chilies
1 egg, separated
1/2 Tablespoon of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Layer chilies and cheese in bottom of greased baking pan. Beat egg
whites until stiff; fold in lightly beaten egg yolks, flour and salt.
Spread over layered ingredients. Bake in a preheated 350F oven 30
minutes. Serve hot.
